This is a fun, small clutch or pouch that looks great on its own or can be placed inside a larger bag. The hand sewn navy stitches set off the rich black and brown genuine leather. The flap has retained the cow hide's original raw edge, giving it a rustic vibe against the sleek black leather. The flap is made from oil tanned, "pull up" leather which when creased creates a temporary new color that be returned to normal by rubbing on it. The color variations and scratches create a wonderful patina that will deepen with time and use of the purse. The fastener is a gun metal finish collar button, so you can open and close the purse with one hand easily. The clutch is an envelope style that is a narrow profile. The back has an interesting graphic pattern made by repurposing leather that had been cut into for other projects.
