Processing Time

We aim to process your order in 1 to 5 business days; all of our items are made by hand. Our business hours are 10 am to 5pm, Tuesday to Friday.

Non-delivery and damaged parcels

Undercover Popular Leather Goods is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods once parcels are collected by the post office. If you have any concerns regarding delivery, please contact the shipping company directly with your tracking number.

Undercover Popular Leather Goods is not responsible for non-delivery or return to sender due to an incorrect address, please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Add any additional information required, such as apartment number, to ensure the delivery process goes smoothly.

If there are any issues with the entered delivery address after the parcel is in the postal system, please contact the carrier directly and provide further instruction. Additionally, any fees incurred due to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer. 

We do not resend or refund orders due to incorrect address entries by customers or orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged after collected by the post office.

At Undercover Popular Leather Goods, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Each item is handmade with care and attention to detail to ensure durability and uniqueness.

Returns

Due to the nature of our handmade leather goods, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, photos, and dimensions before making your purchase.

Exceptions for Exchanges

We understand that unexpected issues may occur. If your item is damaged or defective due to a craftsmanship issue only, we are happy to offer an exchange. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must have a clear defect or breakage resulting from craftsmanship.
  • The issue must be reported within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • You must provide proof of purchase and photos of the damage.

Exchange Process for Approved Exchanges

  1. Contact us at undercoverpopular@gmail.com to report the issue and begin the exchange process.
  2. Once your claim is approved, you will be provided with instructions for returning the defective item.
  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will ship your replacement product promptly.

Please note that items showing wear and tear from regular use, damage caused by improper care, or alterations made by the customer are not eligible for exchanges.

Care and Maintenance: Proper care is essential to maintain the quality and longevity of your leather goods. Please refer to our Product Care instructions. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or use.


Allergies and Sensitivities: While we use high-quality materials, individuals with allergies or sensitivities to leather or tanning agents should exercise caution.


Custom Orders: Custom orders may have additional lead times and are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
